Providence, RI: Estuve pensando si debería compartir esta experiencia con todos ustedes, ya que con esto puedo dilucidar un poco lo que es para mucho una controversia al verme vestida como me visto para actuar en ciertos espectáculos. Unos al verme me dicen MADAMA y otros al verme me llaman Bombera. En el año 2003, tuve la oportunidad de viajar a Cuba, La Antilla Grande. Fui certificada como Directora de Baile Folclórico, para asistir a un encuentro en "la 8va conferencia anual de Orishas, llevada a cabo en la Habana, Cuba los dias 7-13 de julio del 2003. La certificación y la premisa vino de la Iglesia de "Lukumi Church of Orishas" de New York, donde el Fundador y Presidente es el Sr. Lazaro Companioni, "Oshunguere".
