GOVERNOR CHAFEE ANNOUNCED THE DEDICATION OF THE NATIONAL P.R. PARADE OF N.Y. TO RHODE ISLAND

While we were in the State House at Governor Chafee's conference to announced the dedication of the National Puerto Rican Parade of New York to Rhode Island, in Puerto Rico we had the same "Protocol" with Enid DeLeon and Osvaldo Castillo wi th the dedication of The National Puerto Rican Parade to the town of Guayanilla. We had the connection uplink between Rhode Island and Puerto Rico, and both proceedings were watched live simultaneously.
